JtHM is also known as Johny the Homicidal Maniac and is the very popular comic book series which was made available in black and white format. The series was written as well as drawn by Jhonen Vasquez. At first, it commenced as the goth magazine in the form of short strips and the name of the magazine was Carpe Noctem. Later, it was then printed and also published in seven different series from August 1995 to 1997 January. The publishing was done by Slave Labor Graphics. Two spin offs were later issued including I Feel Sick and Squee! The comedy is covered with social criticism as well as irony characters
